Curtis Wood Architects have undertaken a number of residential and commercial developments with property developers since inception in 2000.
Our residential development projects range in location, type and size significantly, from period rebuilds and lateral conversions in central London, conversions from old building types like defunct pubs and high-end one-off house developments, to new-build house developments on suburban sites.
We have experience of working to tight clearly defined programmes and cost schedules, sitting developments with residual land value calculations and development cost analysis frameworks, and delivering developments that are high quality and low in cost.
