Curtis Wood Architects are located on the first floor of 23-28 Penn Street, London N1 5DL. We are mid-way between three tube stations. Old Street tube station (northern line) is 12 minutes walk, Highbury and Islington station (Victoria line) is 15 minutes walk and Angel station (northern line) is 12 minutes walk. All three stations are also well served by National Rail, who also provide services to Essex Road station (no tube line) which if 5-10 minutes walk from our office. Bus routes run close to our location along New North Road, with the best stop being Shoreditch Park.
Coming by car is also easy. We are half way between Old Street and Highbury corner, just off the A1200 New North Road. The A1 Upper Street passes close by, as does the A10 Kingsland Road, and there is a large and inexpensive car park in front of Britannia Leisure centre on the adjoining Hyde Road N1. Poole Street is one way, so to get access from New North Road, use Baring Street and turn right onto Bridport Place over the canal bridge.
The adjoining map gives further information and the enlarged pop-out section pin points our exact spot. We are half way between the school play ground and the leisure centre on the south side, opposite a building called ‘Church City Mission’.
